Madeleine Lamb Karstens

Madeleine Lamb Karstens is a dedicated attorney based in Brentwood, Tennessee, with a strong background in legal, business, communications, and advocacy. Growing up in Franklin, Tennessee, she has a profound connection to her community, which enhances her client-focused approach.

Her journey in law began during her education, particularly through her involvement in the Cole Law Group’s Summer Associate Program. Here, she honed her skills and developed a keen interest in estate planning, family law, and tort law. Presently, she represents clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters, including drafting wills and trusts, managing estate contests, addressing adult guardianships and conservatorships, and navigating divorce and child custody issues. She also advises on privacy and defamation concerns.

Madeleine is committed to advocating for her clients, whether in court or through alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, she expanded her legal experience as a Student Extern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Mississippi.
