In 1993, Michael ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a commercial general contracting firm that expanded its operations across 13 states. As the firm's license holder, he managed over 350 projects, spanning industrial, retail, churches, and hospitality sectors.

In 2010, he founded a new residential and commercial general contracting business, which continues to thrive today. Michael furthered his education with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2011 and graduated in the top 10% from the Nashville School of Law in 2015, earning induction into the Coopers Inn Honor Society.

By 2018, Michael became a Tennessee Supreme Court listed, Rule 31 General Civil Mediator. He holds active contractor licenses in Tennessee and Georgia.
