Peter Edward Johnson

Pete Johnson brings a wealth of experience to his legal practice, representing a diverse range of businesses from small local enterprises to major publicly traded corporations. Before joining Hutton Company, he served as General Counsel for a real estate development and commercial construction firm.

Johnson's career includes practicing law in both Georgia and Tennessee, where he worked with an AmLaw100 firm. His primary focus areas include general corporate transactions, government representation, construction, and real estate law. He has also held several public offices, such as Assistant District Attorney, City Solicitor, and Magistrate.

In addition to his legal practice, Johnson actively participates in the community. He has served on the boards of various non-profit organizations, including an art museum and a crime prevention group. He also provides pro bono legal services to charities and ministries and has taught Legal Writing Research and Drafting at the undergraduate level.

Residing in Collegedale, Tennessee, Johnson lives with his wife and four children. The family is deeply involved with Covenant Presbyterian Church.
