About Daniel Necci
Daniel Necci began his legal career after earning his Juris Doctorate, engaging in a broad general practice. He assisted clients in diverse areas, including business law, family law, criminal defense, and personal injury, across circuit courts and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Concurrently, he served as a Special Assistant to the Corporate Counsel of Walworth County, Wisconsin, managing cases related to Child/Juvenile in Need of Protection or Services, guardianships, protective placements, chapter 51, and zoning issues.
In 2012, Daniel was elected as the District Attorney of Walworth County, Wisconsin, becoming the youngest D.A. in Wisconsin's history. His tenure was marked by securing justice for numerous victims and their families. As D.A., he was an executive board member for the Walworth County Children’s Advocacy Center and the Sensitive Crimes Response Team, among other multidisciplinary teams. His commitment to community and legal excellence led him to co-author the Walworth County Sexual Assault Team Protocol and train law enforcement on handling sensitive crimes effectively.
Daniel also collaborated with the Walworth County Drug Enforcement Unit and the U.S.D.E.A., achieving a significant 40% increase in opiate trafficking convictions over three years. After completing his term, Daniel relocated to Middle Tennessee, where he now focuses on representing injured families. He has successfully recovered millions for clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Wisconsin.
Daniel frequently presents on Self-Defense Law and expectations following a defensive force event across Middle Tennessee. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serves on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for Williamson County, and is passionate about outdoor activities and strength athletics.
