About Jill Gaskell Draughon
From a young age, Jill Gaskell Draughon aspired to become an attorney, overcoming significant challenges to achieve her dream. As a single mother, she balanced her responsibilities while attending law school, beginning her career at Hughes & Coleman in 1996 as a runner.

In 2018, after a brief departure to explore other legal fields, Jill returned to Hughes & Coleman, passionately representing injured workers once more. Her commitment to her clients is unwavering, as she strives to guide them through some of life's toughest challenges.
Outside of her legal career, Jill enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her son Justin and his fiancé Jess, her niece Nicole and Nicole’s daughter Adeline, as well as her brother Bobby.
