Jerry Hoffer

Jerry Hoffer has been practicing law since 1991, focusing primarily on Divorce and Family Law. He began his career working alongside several attorneys before establishing his own practice on North Ocoee Street in 1996. Over nearly three decades, Mr. Hoffer has managed thousands of cases involving divorce, custody, child support, and juvenile matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hoffer has conducted several jury trials and has appeared before the Court of Appeals. He has been an active member of the Bradley County Bar Association since 1991, serving as its past president, and is also affiliated with the Tennessee Bar Association.

In 2001, the Tennessee Supreme Court recognized Mr. Hoffer as a Rule 31 Family Mediator. Since then, he has been sought after by numerous attorneys and individuals from Bradley, Hamilton, Meigs, Knox, and McMinn Counties to mediate a wide range of family law disputes, including divorce and custody agreements.

Outside his professional life, Mr. Hoffer is married to his wife Lisa, and they have raised four daughters. He is a proud grandfather of three, with two more grandchildren on the way.
