Caroline E. Sapp

Caroline E. Sapp is an accomplished attorney who focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as other civil legal matters. Throughout her career, Caroline has successfully represented numerous clients in personal injury cases, including those involving vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and tractor trailers.

In addition to her litigation work, Caroline serves as General Counsel for the Sparta Housing Authority and holds the position of City Attorney for Sparta, Tennessee. Her leadership and expertise have been widely recognized. In 2020, she was selected for the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law class. The previous year, she was among the twenty-five members chosen for the 2019 Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum. From 2018 to 2024, Caroline has been recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Beyond her commitment to her clients, Caroline is deeply involved in the legal community. She has been a member of the Nashville Bar Association, where she served as Managing Editor and co-chair of the Nashville Bar Journal. Her contributions to the Journal earned her the title of “Contributor of the Year” in 2016 and 2022. Caroline is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Lawyers’ Association for Women, Marion Griffin Chapter, where she previously served on the Board as a newsletter editor. She led the Upper Cumberland Young Lawyers Association as President from 2019 to 2021.

Caroline's commitment extends to her community, where she serves on the Boards of the Sparta White County Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Rotary Club, and Foster Care Review Board.
