Marcus Nahon

Marcus Nahon, a founding member and former Senior Partner at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm. His legal journey began with an undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis in 1970, followed by a Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1974.

Mr. Nahon's career commenced with a focus on diverse litigation matters, including bankruptcy, business and contract disputes, criminal defense, collections, and personal injury cases. He has spent a significant portion of his career in court, handling hearings and trying cases. Mr. Nahon is admitted to practice in all state courts in Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and several federal courts.
