David L. Robbins

David L. Robbins is a dedicated attorney practicing in Elizabethton, Tennessee. He graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Penn State University in 2005 and earned his Juris Doctorate from The Appalachian School of Law in 2009. David's background includes working on his family's farm and sawmill, which instilled a strong work ethic that he has carried into his legal career.

David has litigated cases across eight counties in Northeast Tennessee and has represented clients at all trial levels, including appeals before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. His legal expertise covers complex matters in Probate, Conservatorships, Business, and Elder Law.

Currently, David focuses his practice on Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate, as well as Business matters. His professional affiliations include active membership in the American Land Title Association, Tennessee Land Title Association, Washington County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association (Probate and Estate Planning Section and Real Estate Section), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

David has served as a board member for various organizations, including the Dawn of Hope in Johnson City and as Chairman of the Board of Crossroads. He is presently on the board of the Tennessee Recovery Coalition, the Tennessee Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Drop Collaborative. He is also deeply involved in numerous roles within his home church.

Outside the office, David enjoys outdoor activities and adventures with his two sons. He also dedicates time to cooking, playing guitar, hunting, fishing, and participating in church activities.
