James R. Cook II

James R. Cook II, known as "J.R.", is a dedicated board certified family trial law specialist in Elizabethton, Tennessee. His expertise is exclusively concentrated in family law, including adoptions, custody, divorce, support, and other domestic relations matters. J.R. completed his undergraduate studies at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia.
