Jonathan Daniel Lawrence is a passionate advocate for those who have suffered injuries, recently joining the GriffithLaw team. Raised near Charlotte, North Carolina, Jonathan's upbringing as the son of a pastor in a large family instilled in him a deep commitment to justice, especially for the disadvantaged. He graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky in 2012.
During law school, Jonathan devoted his efforts to assisting those unable to secure legal representation. He actively participated in the University of Kentucky's Legal Clinic program, providing essential legal services to those in need. Additionally, he volunteered at a prosecutor’s office during his summers, supporting crime victims.
Jonathan launched his legal career at a small firm in Bowling Green, Kentucky, focusing on victims of car accidents, semi-truck collisions, and slip/trip and fall cases. In 2014, he relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, where he continued to represent injured clients across Tennessee and Kentucky with Hughes and Coleman and Bill Easterly and Associates before joining GriffithLaw.
Outside of his professional life, Jonathan cherishes time with his wife, Christian, and their young son, Landon. He is an enthusiastic sports fan who enjoys weight-lifting, running, and embracing the outdoors.
