Sean Ross Aiello

Sean R. Aiello, a Partner at Schell & Oglesby, LLC, is deeply rooted in Franklin, Tennessee, where his family has practiced law since the 1800s. Sean earned his bachelor's degree in arts, majoring in political science and Italian language, from the University of Tennessee. He completed his Juris Doctor and Graduate Degree in Comparative Law at the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2015.

Before joining Schell & Oglesby, Sean clerked for judges in the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court, covering Williamson, Hickman, Perry, and Lewis Counties. His practice primarily involves divorce and custody matters along with wills and estate planning.

In 2018, Sean was elected as Williamson County Commissioner for District 11, where he has chaired the Law Enforcement Committee and participated in various committees, including Internal Audit and Tax Study. An active member of local bar associations, Sean served as President of the Williamson County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division for 2019-2020 and is involved with the John Marshall Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Since 2017, Sean has held leadership roles on the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board and has been the District 11 Representative for twelve counties in Middle Tennessee since 2018. Additionally, Sean serves on the Pull-Tight Players Theatre Board of Directors as legal counsel and volunteers through local legal clinics and the Franklin Noon Rotary Club. Outside of work, Sean enjoys carpentry and construction projects.
