David N. DeFoore

David N. DeFoore grew up on a ranch in Anson, Texas, near Abilene, where his rural upbringing influenced his early years. He excelled academically, graduating as Valedictorian from high school in 1995. David continued his education at Texas A&M University, earning a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1999, graduating in the top 10% of his class with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Pursuing his passion for law, David attended Texas Tech University School of Law on a full scholarship. He achieved Magna Cum Laude honors, graduating in the top 10% of his class with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.). Following law school, David returned to Abilene to begin his legal career.

Initially working at a local law firm, David considered leaving the legal profession after a year. Instead, he embarked on a transformative three-month backpacking trip across Europe. This experience reignited his passion for law and inspired him to establish his own practice.

Since then, David has been committed to advocating for the rights of West Texans, building a successful law practice in Abilene.
