Joshua David Massingill

Joshua Massingill, a native Texan, holds a law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and completed training at the Straus Institute, renowned for its dispute resolution program. He is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Texas State Bar’s Law Practice Management Committee and the Success-Werx Board of Advisors. Additionally, he mentors young entrepreneurs through Leander ISD’s INCubatorEDU program and participates actively in his church.

Before returning to Texas in 2014, Joshua served as Legislative Counsel to a U.S. Representative in Washington, DC. His return to Texas saw him assume the role of Counsel to the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, where he managed a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, contributing to significant legislative reforms.

In his capacity as an attorney and lobbyist for the Texas Chiropractic Association, Joshua is recognized for his knowledge of legal matters affecting Texas Doctors of Chiropractic. He played a key role in drafting SB 679, a pivotal bill that allows chiropractors to co-own medical entities with physicians, and was instrumental in its passage.

Joshua is also passionate about the Dallas Cowboys and is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
