Joe L. Joe was instrumental in establishing Lovell, Lovell, Newsome & Isern, L.L.P., later succeeded by Lovell, Lovell, Isern & Farabough, L.L.P. With over 35 years of trial experience, he is among the few Texas lawyers who are double Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Joe graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, magna cum laude, in 1980. After four years in commercial banking, he returned to earn his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1987.
