Kevin Isern

Kevin Isern, a partner at Lovell, Lovell, Isern & Farabough, LLP, is a seasoned trial lawyer with a focus on complex civil litigation including personal injury, business law, commercial litigation, and probate litigation. With a legal career spanning since 1991, Kevin has represented clients in high-profile cases such as Texas Beef Group, et al. v. Oprah Winfrey, et al.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma and is admitted to all four federal district courts in these states, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Kevin is also double certified in civil and civil practice by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. His career includes serving as a Briefing Attorney for the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas under the Honorable John Whittington and the Honorable Barbara Rosenberg.

Kevin is a member of the State Bar of Texas and has been recognized by his peers in Texas Super Lawyers for Personal Injury Litigation annually since 2005. He holds a Distinguished Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, earning praise for his trustworthiness. Additionally, he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and was appointed to the Committee For the Research of a Public Defender’s Office in Potter County.
