Brandy Austin

Brandy Austin is a founding member of her Arlington, Texas-based law firm, where she focuses on personal injury, family law, small business litigation, and wills and probate. She began her educational journey at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., earning degrees in both English and Political Science. She then attended Baylor Law School, where she completed the prestigious Practice Court program and participated in the National Client Counseling Team and Moot Court Competition.

After law school, Brandy embarked on her legal career defending clients in cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, and personal injury. Her experience includes representing clients in depositions, hearings, and trials. Seeking to form closer client relationships and expand her practice, she transitioned to her current diverse legal focus.

Brandy resides in Burleson, Texas, with her husband and daughter. Beyond her legal practice, she actively contributes to her community as a member of the Cemetery Board.
