Cheryl S. Davis

Cheryl S. Davis holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and a law degree from Texas Tech School of Law. She is a distinguished member of the State Bar of Texas and has served as Law Clerk to Justice Ann McClure of the Eighth Court of Appeals. Cheryl's expertise is further acknowledged by her recognition as a Super Lawyer in 2019.

Cheryl has held leadership roles as both vice president and president of the Border Bankruptcy Bar. She is also an officer and member of the El Paso Women's Bar Association and a member of the College of the State Bar. Her commitment to legal excellence is reflected in her Board Certification in Consumer Bankruptcy Law in Texas.

A native of El Paso, Cheryl has actively contributed to her community, serving as legal counsel for the El Paso Amigo Airshow until 2009. She was a mission team member at St. Mark's Methodist Church and has participated on various organizational boards. Recently relocating to the Dallas Area, Cheryl is married to Kirk Davis, a coach at Timberview High School. Her family includes her son James, a U.S. Army veteran, three stepchildren, and three grandchildren. Her personal experiences give her a deep understanding of the needs of military families.
