Kevin Lee Edwards

Kevin Lee Edwards, co-founder of DFW Injury Lawyers, brings a wealth of experience and a track record of effective advocacy to his clients. During law school, he honed his litigation and trial skills while working with a prominent personal injury attorney, advocating for plaintiffs.

After obtaining his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2003, Mr. Edwards joined a Dallas civil litigation firm where he represented corporations and insurance companies. This role gave him an in-depth understanding of defense strategies and insurance practices. In 2008, motivated by a desire to support those affected by negligence, he shifted his focus to representing injured plaintiffs.

For over two decades, Mr. Edwards has successfully advocated for thousands of clients in personal injury cases, including defective product claims and mass torts involving medical devices and pharmaceuticals. He is licensed to practice in both Texas and Arizona.

Mr. Edwards has earned numerous accolades, such as being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2013 to 2017 and a Super Lawyer annually since 2018. He was also recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers Association from 2014 to 2017, a Top 10 under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys in 2014 and 2015, and one of America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.

He is an active member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and The National Trial Lawyers Association. Originally from Houston, Texas, Mr. Edwards attended the University of Texas at Austin on a swimming scholarship.
