Phillip Galyen is a prominent figure in the legal community, serving as a key leader at the law firm of Bailey & Galyen, one of the largest consumer law firms in Texas. Established in 1989, the firm boasts over 30 attorneys and 13 offices across the state, aiming to deliver exceptional legal services by employing top-tier attorneys and leveraging cutting-edge technology.

Mr. Galyen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Arlington, in 1979, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Economics. He pursued his legal education at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1982.
