Austin P. Campbell

Austin P. Campbell serves as a trial attorney in the Dallas office of Rob Wiley, P.C., focusing on employment law. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2016. During his time at Vanderbilt, he achieved Dean’s List honors and contributed as an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. His student note, "Riding a 'Friendly Elephant?' How African Nations Can Make the Best of Economic Partnership with China," was published in March 2016.

Mr. Campbell's interest in employment law was sparked at Vanderbilt, where he was actively involved in the Labor and Employment Law Society and the Civil Practice Clinic. He gained practical experience by interning with federal District Judges Jorge Solis and John T. Nixon, Tennessee Criminal Court Judge Monte Watkins, and the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office.

Before law school, Mr. Campbell graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University, majoring in Political Science and Economics. At Emory, he contributed to the student newspaper and participated in the Fencing Club and Model UN. His commitment to community service is evident from his volunteer work with organizations supporting shelter animals.

Originally from Plano, Texas, Mr. Campbell completed his high school education at Plano Senior High School. He is currently licensed to practice law in both Texas and Tennessee.
