Holly R. Davis is a founding partner of Kirker Davis LLP in Austin, Texas. As a nationally-recognized family law trial attorney, she brings over ten years of experience to her practice, which focuses on high asset divorce, business and professional divorce, custody matters, and complex litigation. Holly has a distinguished reputation for her courtroom skills, having successfully represented clients with estates valued in the multi-million and billion-dollar range, as well as those involving family businesses and young professionals.

Her professional philosophy centers on a steadfast commitment to the practice of law and exceptional client service. This approach has been instrumental in her success, particularly during her tenure as a founding partner at Zinda & Davis, PLLC. In her first eight years practicing in Central Texas, alongside partners Jack Zinda and Christopher Kirker, she helped establish the largest family law firm in the Austin area. Their innovative business strategies have significantly influenced the operations of family law firms throughout Central Texas.

Remarkably, Holly achieved these professional milestones before the age of 35, supported by her husband and two young sons. Holly is an alumna of the Baylor University School of Law, following her undergraduate studies at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where she double-majored in Political Science and Communication.
