Matthew M Rossetti

Matthew M. Rossetti, founder of Sentient Law, Ltd., combines more than a decade of experience in technology and software development with his extensive background as a business attorney. Based in Austin, Texas, he collaborates with a diverse range of clients, including companies, entrepreneurs, and inventors across sectors such as blockchain, construction, cryptocurrencies, ecommerce, healthcare, and virtual reality. Matthew is dedicated to guiding businesses from the initial idea phase through to fundraising and exit strategies, and he also advises professional boxers and motorsports competitors.

Matthew's professional journey includes being a founding member of the Forbes Legal Council and serving as General Counsel for the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. He also contributed as a volunteer for the Chicago Chapter of the same council.

Further enhancing his legal expertise, Matthew was an adjunct professor at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he taught a course titled "Emerging Technologies."
