Timothy Soefje leads the Dallas office's professional liability litigation group, focusing on defending architects, engineers, design professionals, lawyers, insurance brokers, medical professionals, and other specialists. He provides counsel to attorneys on ethics and grievance matters, and represents both defendants and corporate plaintiffs in complex construction and business litigation.

Mr. Soefje is skilled in defending product liability, premises liability, trucking, and auto insurance defense claims. As an outside legal consultant for OmniSure Consulting Group, LLP, he supports national insurance carriers with risk management and loss control, particularly in the A&E and allied health sectors.

His expertise extends to representing and consulting college-level coaches on contract negotiations, employment matters, compliance, and corporate planning, with a focus on Title IX and NCAA compliance. He is also involved in Title IX and Clery Act investigations, providing consulting and training at the university level.
