Brad Eric Franklin

Eric Franklin founded the law firm of Franklin, Franklin & Associates with a mission to provide exceptional legal services across Beaumont, Houston, and Wharton, Texas. His practice is dedicated to making the legal system more accessible for both individuals and businesses.

With extensive experience defending policyholders' rights after natural disasters like fires, hailstorms, hurricanes, and tornadoes, Mr. Franklin accepts clients throughout Texas. His expertise also spans Business, Commercial, and Construction Litigation, catastrophic personal injury cases, Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home Abuse, wrongful death, and Medicaid crisis planning.

Mr. Franklin earned a double major in English and Humanities, completing his bachelor's degree in 2003 at Brigham Young University. He furthered his education with a Master's degree in Humanities from St. Edward’s University in 2006.

Before attending law school, he gained valuable experience rising from legal assistant to office manager at a law firm. He graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law in 2017. During his studies, he was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, the Claire Ruskin Mudge Endowed Scholarship, and the Fred Parks Faculty Scholarship.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Franklin is a member of Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, Society of Scholars. He contributed to the South Texas Law Review and excelled in the South Texas Advocacy’s Moot Court team, winning the Southern Illinois University School of Law's National Health Law Moot Court Competition and the best respondent brief award in 2016.

Licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, Mr. Franklin is committed to diligently pursuing resolutions for his clients' cases.
