Malachi Daws, originally from the Beaumont area, is deeply connected to the heritage of Southeast Texas. He is committed to providing personalized legal care and advocacy to the people in his community. Malachi understands how the actions of others can lead to life-altering consequences, causing not only physical injuries but also emotional and mental distress.

Malachi has successfully tried numerous cases, securing multi-million dollar jury verdicts, including a notable $10.2 million verdict in 2016. His skill in relating to jurors and simplifying complex issues has been instrumental in his courtroom successes. His personal appeal, innovative trial strategies, and thorough preparation are key elements of his legal practice.

In addition to personal injury, Malachi handles a wide range of family law cases across Southeast Texas. He addresses serious and sensitive matters such as divorce, custody, support, adoption, enforcement, modification, and termination of rights. Recognizing that family law issues are not one-size-fits-all, Malachi tailors his representation to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client, whether they are in agreement or facing contentious disputes.

Malachi earned a BBA in Finance from Lamar University and a law degree from Texas Tech School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and being inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, he received numerous academic awards and was a member of the TTU Law's National Mock Trial Team.

Residing in Beaumont with his wife Andrea, Malachi is a proud father of three daughters, balancing his professional and personal life with dedication.
