Corey Keitt Ferguson

Corey Keitt Ferguson founded The Ferguson Law Firm in 2002, driven by a commitment to advocate for clients during their most stressful legal battles. His legal career began while clerking at a prestigious Houston firm and for the Hon. K. Michael Mayes in the 410th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. After graduating cum laude from South Texas College of Law, he joined Lapin & Landa, L.L.P. as a trial attorney.

Corey has also contributed to the Montgomery County Attorney's Office as an assistant county attorney in the civil litigation division. His extensive experience includes successfully trying and arbitrating numerous cases for individuals, corporations, and government entities across various state and federal civil litigation matters.

The focus of The Ferguson Law Firm is on providing passionate representation to those in need of an advocate. Corey and his team are dedicated to guiding clients through difficult times with expertise and compassion.

Corey is a member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice in the United States District Court - Southern District of Texas. He is a certified mediator and actively participates in professional organizations such as the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), American Association of Justice (AAJ), and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA). His affiliations also include the State Bar of Texas, Montgomery County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Institute for Responsible Dispute Resolution, Christian Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
