Natalie Barletta

Natalie Barletta, the principal attorney at Barletta Law, PLLC, provides expert legal services in civil, criminal, and family law appellate matters, writs of habeas corpus, family law litigation, and general civil litigation. As a credentialed mediator, she has successfully drafted briefs and motions for Texas state and federal courts, securing favorable outcomes for her clients at both trial and appellate stages.

Natalie played a pivotal role as the second chair member of an arbitration trial team, defending a lawsuit where plaintiffs sought $500 million in damages. The judgment was rendered in favor of her client on all counts. In September 2024, she achieved a notable victory by winning a motion for a new trial, overturning a $34 million verdict against her small business client.

During her law school years, Natalie excelled as a national champion moot court advocate and contributed to the South Texas Law Review. She earned the Academic Merit Scholarship and other academic accolades. Her outstanding performance on the Ohio Bar Exam in 2012 placed her in the 100th percentile for the essay portion and the 99th percentile overall.
