Bonnie Jamae Rickert

Bonnie J. Rickert serves as the Director of Mass Torts at Hilliard Law, where she oversees some of the nation’s most intricate and high-pressure litigations. Known for her strategic precision and steadfast client commitment, Bonnie has successfully built and managed extensive dockets involving thousands of clients. Her reputation is built on meticulous case management, collaborative leadership, and achieving significant results.

Bonnie's leadership is evident in numerous high-profile cases, including her role in the Plaintiffs’ Leadership for the In re: Depo-Provera Multi-District Litigation (MDL No. 3140). She contributes to both the Science & Experts Subcommittee and the Class Action Committee. Additionally, she directed the firm’s litigation against Gilead Sciences, managing the settlement of 2,469 cases related to serious bone and kidney injuries, and employed innovative settlement strategies to maximize client recovery.

Currently, Bonnie manages over 20,000 active clients across various dockets, including Depo-Provera, Video Game Addiction, Purdue, Mallinckrodt, Roundup, and Suboxone. She leads a team of 11 attorneys and 15 support staff, offering mentorship, developing case strategies from intake through settlement, and ensuring adherence to complex court procedures.
