Lori Ashmore Peters

Lori Ashmore Peters has dedicated her legal career to the fields of estate planning and trusts, probate, business planning, ancillary probate, and guardianships. Admitted to the Texas Bar in 1996, Lori is certified to serve as both Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem in Texas probate courts, where she has been appointed in numerous cases. Her expertise extends to collaborating with litigation firms as a probate consultant, providing strategic insights into probate and estate planning issues related to ongoing legal matters.

Lori graduated with her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University in 1996, following her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1991. She is admitted to practice before the Texas Bar, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
