David S. Bouschor II

David S. Bouschor II graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1991. He initially practiced as a sole practitioner and served as a shareholder at a previous firm before establishing The Law Office of David S. Bouschor, II, P.C. in Denton, Texas, in January 2000. For more than 25 years, his practice has been focused on Family Law, Guardianship, and Probate.

Since 1995, Mr. Bouschor has held a Board Certification in Family Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. This certification underscores his specialized knowledge and tested experience in handling trials and appeals in Family Law, Probate, and Guardianship cases. He is also a proud member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and MENSA.

Mr. Bouschor is dedicated to educating other professionals about Guardianships and the Collaborative Divorce process. He has shared his insights with audiences on a statewide, national, and international level.
