Charles 'Chuck' Sanders

Charles Sanders is a co-founder and partner at the Rose Sanders Law Firm in Edinburg, Texas. Known for his assertive courtroom presence, Charles is dedicated to advocating for the injured and challenging insurance companies to ensure his clients' rights are protected.

Before establishing the Rose Sanders Law Firm with his wife, Erica Rose Sanders, Charles managed the personal injury docket at the Erica Rose Law Firm, PLLC. His career began as a paralegal at a maritime defense firm in Houston, which led him to pursue a law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School at Western Michigan University. After relocating to Miami, he gained valuable experience as a litigation paralegal at a prominent personal injury firm.

Upon returning to Houston, Charles worked as a bodily injury insurance adjuster for Allstate and other third-party administrators, honing his skills in claims management. This background has significantly enhanced his effectiveness as a plaintiff's attorney. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas and is also a licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster in over 25 states.
