Jason Palker

Raised by a single mother, Jason Palker learned the importance of diligence and integrity from a young age, joining the workforce at just fourteen. His career journey spans various industries, including restaurants, nightlife, events, healthcare, and professional sports. Despite launching multiple companies before turning twenty, his passion for law emerged during college.

In 2012, Mr. Palker embarked on his legal career as a legal assistant, gaining valuable experience in litigation related to catastrophic hail damage claims from the March 29 and April 20, 2012 hailstorms in Hidalgo County. This role honed his skills in drafting lawsuits, demands, discovery, and motions—skills he continues to apply today.

By 2015, he transitioned to a personal injury law firm as a paralegal, where his dedication and eagerness to learn led to a swift promotion to senior litigation paralegal. During this time, he balanced full-time classes while completing his bachelor's and law degrees.

After graduating from St. Mary’s University School of Law, Mr. Palker was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in December 2019. Since then, he has managed hundreds of First-Party Insurance Claims, participated in mass tort litigation concerning Gulf Coast explosions, and litigated various Consumer Protection cases.

Mr. Palker has earned recognition as a Lifetime Charter Member by the Best Attorneys of America and was named a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the American Academy of Attorneys. Notably, he holds the record for the largest residential storm damage judgment in South Texas.
