He then joined a defense firm in McAllen where his hard work and determination quickly led to a partnership. Later, he transitioned to a plaintiff firm, again ascending to partner status. Following 17 years of dedicated service to plaintiffs, Lino established his own practice, The Law Office of Lino H. Ochoa.

Throughout his career, Lino has been motivated by witnessing the negative impacts of corporate misconduct, particularly from trucking companies, product manufacturers, and insurance firms focused on profits. This drive led him to create a firm dedicated to helping individuals recover losses and achieve justice.
