Noe Guillen Valles

Noe Valles serves as the pre-litigation managing partner at the firm, bringing extensive experience in handling serious injury cases such as car, motorcycle, and truck accidents, along with on-the-job and oilfield injuries. With a deep understanding of the emotional and physical impact of debilitating injuries, Noe ensures his clients' needs are comprehensively addressed.

Born near Juarez, Mexico, Noe immigrated to the United States with his family, who worked as migrant farm laborers. Growing up in Plainview, Texas, he embraced the values of hard work and dedication, which are evident in his legal practice today. After earning his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, he has been practicing law in Lubbock, Texas.

For over 24 years, Noe has been providing personal injury legal services in both English and Spanish. As a Spanish-speaking attorney, he effectively communicates with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring language does not impede quality legal representation.

Noe is licensed to practice in state courts across Texas and New Mexico, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
