Leticia Elva Martinez, known as Letty, is a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist with significant experience in both state and federal criminal cases, focusing on sexual abuse allegations and violent offenses. Before transitioning to criminal defense, Letty served in nearly every division of the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. Her roles included Chief of the Family Violence Unit and Crimes Against Children Unit and Deputy Chief of the Misdemeanor Division, where she managed over 20 attorneys. Her expertise extended to her position as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division for the Northern District of Texas.
