Mr. Robert Timothy Tate

Robert Timothy Tate has been a dedicated advocate for injury victims in Texas for more than two decades. Known for his ability to secure substantial settlements, he was named one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine. Tim's primary goal in each case is to ensure that insurance companies provide fair compensation for his clients' medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Licensed as an Attorney at Law by the Supreme Court of Texas, Tim is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, both of which work to advance the rights of injured victims.

Tim's strong work ethic was cultivated during his early years working long hours at his father's construction company. He applies this diligence to every case he handles. He earned a BBA degree with a concentration in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law.

Residing in Plano, Texas, with his wife, Quyen Tate, and their two children, Tim is an active member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time on the soccer field or basketball court with his children.
