Nicholas Nemeth

Nicholas Nemeth is a dedicated IRS debt resolution attorney located in Fort Worth, Texas. A proud graduate of the University of North Texas, he furthered his education at the Texas A&M School of Law, formerly known as Texas Wesleyan School of Law. Nicholas is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is authorized to practice before both the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

With more than 25 years of experience, Nicholas has developed a profound expertise in assisting individuals and businesses with a wide range of IRS tax matters. His extensive knowledge equips him to effectively negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service, consistently achieving successful outcomes for his clients. His passion for resolving IRS issues is a cornerstone of his practice.

Though now a Texan, Nicholas was originally born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. During his youth, he excelled in squash, earning the title of National Squash Champion in the early 1980s. He represented Canada at the World Championships in Sweden in 1981 as part of the Canadian National Squash team. Despite his Canadian roots, Nicholas was drawn to the warmer climate of Texas.

Outside of his professional life, Nicholas is deeply committed to his family. He enjoys mentoring his two sons—one embarking on a legal career and the other pursuing a second graduate degree in Marine Biology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Family values remain central to Nicholas's life and work.
