Richard Martin Hunt

Richard Martin Hunt is a distinguished Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in state and federal courts. He is renowned for his expertise in ADA and FHA consulting and defense, offering his services to clients across the nation. His clientele includes real estate developers, retailers, restaurants, shopping centers, banks, apartment owners and managers, hotels, single-family developers, and governmental entities, all of whom he represents in ADA and FHA accessibility litigation and administrative proceedings.

Richard frequently shares his insights on ADA and FHA accessibility matters with national and local organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Center Developers, the Society of Exchange Counselors, and the National Retail Tenants Association.
