Jane Allen Clark

Jane Allen Clark is the owner and principal attorney at the Law Offices of Jane A. Clark in Grand Prairie, Texas. Since February 2003, she has been providing legal services in Texas Workers’ Compensation, Probate, Personal Injury, Collections, Domestic Relations, and Criminal Law. Her practice is characterized by a commitment to her clients and a comprehensive understanding of state and federal law.

From March 1992 to 2002, Jane was a partner at the Law Offices of Smith & Clark, where she collaborated with Daniel J. Smith. Together, they handled a wide array of cases, including criminal and civil state law matters such as employment law, corporate law, and trial preparation. Her legal expertise extended to both federal and state cases in the Northern District and across Texas.

Before her partnership, Jane gained valuable experience at the Law Offices of McLeish & Wheeler, P.C., where she served as an associate attorney. During her six-month tenure, she focused on Texas Workers’ Compensation and personal injury claims, managing administrative hearings and depositions.

Jane's early career included a position as a legal assistant at Medical Designs, Inc. in Azle, Texas, where she worked on federal patent law cases involving major corporations. Her responsibilities included preparing pleadings, discovery, and participating in pre-trial and trial activities in the Federal District Court in Fort Worth.

In the summer of 1990, Jane interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boise, Idaho. There, she assisted in the preparation of civil and criminal cases, contributing to legal research, trial exhibits, and pre-trial preparation under supervision.
