Boe Lynn Bowen

Boe Lynn Bowen is a native of Texas, born and raised in the state. He achieved a significant milestone as the first in his family to attain higher education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and History. In 2010, Boe embarked on his legal journey by enrolling in the class of 2013 at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.

During his time in law school, Boe engaged actively in various roles, including working as a research assistant, serving as a tutor, and participating in the mock trial program. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2013.

Before assuming his role as the Managing Member at The Bowen Law Firm PLLC, Boe gained valuable experience clerking for the Harris County Attorney’s Office.

Boe Bowen holds a license to practice law in the State of Texas and is a Certified Mediator, Family Mediator, and Arbitrator, offering services across all Alternative Dispute Resolution matters. He is also a proud member of the esteemed Texas Bar College.
