David Minh Nguyen

David Minh Nguyen earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Houston. His academic journey included a transformative course in African American studies, which sparked his interest in minority-related issues, focusing on the historical and social development of minorities in the U.S.

Following his undergraduate studies, Nguyen attended Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, renowned for its diverse student body. His professional journey includes roles as an attorney for private law firms, non-profit organizations, and as Corporate Counsel for multi-million dollar corporations.

After managing hundreds of cases, Nguyen recognized a gap in accessible legal services for the average individual and small businesses. This realization led him to establish his own law practice, aiming to provide high-quality legal assistance. His corporate experience enhances his ability to offer knowledgeable guidance to his clients. Nguyen is licensed by The Supreme Court of Texas to practice in all courts within the state.

Nguyen's accolades include eligibility to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, recognition as one of the “10 Best Immigration Attorneys” for Client Satisfaction in Texas by The American Institute of Legal Counsel, and the Top 10 Immigration Attorney award by Attorney and Practice Magazine. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has received the AVVO Client Choice Award from 2016 to 2019, as well as Martindale-Hubbell's Gold Client Championship Award. Additionally, Nguyen is a business member of the Veteran’s Advocacy and Benefits Association.
