Caitlin Thorpe

Caitlin Thorpe holds the distinguished title of Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a recognition achieved by only 1% of family lawyers in Texas. Since 2013, she has been a vital part of Skillern Firm Divorce & Child Custody Lawyers, starting as the firm's first law clerk when it comprised just two attorneys. Under the mentorship of Mr. Skillern, Caitlin honed her skills and quickly advanced to managing her own docket, excelling in all aspects of family law.

Caitlin is particularly adept at navigating complex property disputes and child custody modifications. Her legal education at South Texas College of Law was strategically focused on family law, including courses in marital property and family trial advocacy.
