Ross D. Stomel

Ross D. Stomel, a Senior Partner at Shrader & Associates, L.L.P., leads the firm's asbestos department. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated cum laude with a law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he served as Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the South Texas Law Review.

Throughout his career, Ross has been lead counsel in cases achieving over 500 million dollars in verdicts and settlements nationwide. His practice areas include products liability, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and complex mass torts.

Ross is licensed to practice in all Texas, Illinois, and Missouri State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has litigated cases across the country, demonstrating his extensive legal expertise.
