Asma Din

Asma Din serves as the lead Immigration Attorney at D&N Law Group, where she is known for her dedication and effectiveness in representing her clients. Born in California, Asma moved to Austin, Texas, in 2003, and later graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She obtained her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2010 and became a licensed attorney in 2012.

Before leading the immigration practice at D&N Law Group, Asma gained significant experience as an EB-5 investor attorney in Shenzhen, China. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2013, she shifted her focus to assisting immigrants in deportation proceedings. Since 2012, Asma has exclusively practiced Immigration Law, demonstrating a strong commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration regulations.

Asma's expertise includes deportation defense, appeals and motions to reopen, family-based immigration, and advising on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Her proficiency in litigation and negotiation has been instrumental in preventing deportations in immigration courts nationwide. As the daughter of Pakistani immigrants, Asma brings a personal understanding of the challenges faced by those seeking legal status in the U.S. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and actively stays informed on the latest developments in immigration law and policy.
