In his role as a practicing attorney in Venezuela, Eduardo managed numerous high-stakes cases and notably served as the Team Lead Legal Consultant for CITGO Petroleum Corporation at their Houston headquarters.

Eduardo is an active member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) and holds a Master of Laws degree in Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston.
