Erik Locascio

Originally hailing from California, Erik M. Locascio relocated to the Houston area in 1997, completing his high school education at Clements High School in Sugar Land. He pursued his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English.

Continuing his academic journey, Erik attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he earned his law degree in May 2011. Following his graduation, he passed the Texas bar exam and was admitted to practice law in November 2011.

In 2012, Erik embarked on his legal career as a prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure, he managed hundreds of cases, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, and served as the first chair in numerous criminal trials, including DWIs, assaults, thefts, and drug-related offenses. His experience extends to conducting various hearings, such as suppression, revocation, and punishment hearings.

Erik later established The Law Offices of Erik M. Locascio to offer his legal expertise and commitment to justice to the residents of the Harris County area.
