Jeffrey Carl Brashear

Jeffrey Carl Brashear embarked on his legal career aboard the U.S.S. Philippine Sea (CG58), where he represented the United States Navy during international visits to Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Greece. Following his naval service, he joined the Navy Legal Service Office Southeast in Jacksonville, Florida, where he managed claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Additionally, he was a key member of the Trial Service Office Southeast's prosecution team, dealing with cases involving serious offenses such as murder, rape, drug-related crimes, embezzlement, and other felonies and misdemeanors.

Subsequently, Mr. Brashear served at the Naval Legal Service Office Central in Gulfport, Mississippi, for three years. During this time, he worked in criminal defense and legal assistance, addressing diverse issues including criminal defense, civil matters, estate planning, will drafting, constitutional law, contract drafting, and personal injury cases.

Raised in Houston, Texas, Mr. Brashear graduated from Katy High School, where he excelled as an athlete. After completing his education and military service, he returned to the Houston area to establish his private practice. Outside of his legal work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family on the baseball field, playing guitar, or fishing in Galveston Bay.

Mr. Brashear is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, The State Bar of Texas, The Texas Young Lawyers Association, The Houston Bar Association, The Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the National Association.
