Subsequently, Mr. Brashear served at the Naval Legal Service Office Central in Gulfport, Mississippi, for three years. During this time, he worked in criminal defense and legal assistance, addressing diverse issues including criminal defense, civil matters, estate planning, will drafting, constitutional law, contract drafting, and personal injury cases.
Raised in Houston, Texas, Mr. Brashear graduated from Katy High School, where he excelled as an athlete. After completing his education and military service, he returned to the Houston area to establish his private practice. Outside of his legal work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family on the baseball field, playing guitar, or fishing in Galveston Bay.
