John J. Brothers

John J. Brothers has devoted his legal career to advocating for individuals and families affected by negligence and misconduct. His current practice is centered around medical malpractice and personal injury law.

During his time in law school, John gained valuable experience clerking for a prominent Texas trial lawyer. Upon earning his law degree, he joined the same firm as an associate, where he handled a diverse range of cases. His responsibilities included managing hundreds of medical malpractice cases, as well as complex personal injury, commercial, environmental, and products liability claims.

Subsequently, John was recruited to a new medical malpractice firm as a partner. There, he managed litigation efforts, contributing to the firm's growth into one of the largest medical malpractice law firms for patients and their families in Texas. In October 2018, he founded The Brothers Law Firm, PLLC, with the goal of providing personalized legal services to clients in pursuit of justice and compensation.
