Chad Douglas Inderman

Chad Douglas Inderman is a senior partner at the law firm, where he manages the litigation practice. Raised in rural Central Texas, Chad graduated from Texas A&M University and earned his law degree with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. Since joining the firm, Chad has been known for his unique ability to connect with clients on a personal level, often forming lifelong friendships.

Chad's dedication to advocating for individuals against powerful corporations has been unwavering since he began practicing law. He is passionate about fighting for the underdog, pushing cases to trial unless the defense concedes. As lead counsel, Chad has successfully recovered over $450 million for clients.

His extensive case experience includes handling catastrophic injuries related to oilfield work in the Permian Basin, as well as major injury and death cases involving 18-wheeler and commercial motor vehicle crashes, and industrial work injuries. Recognized as a Thomson Reuters’ Texas Super Lawyer since 2021, Chad was also a Texas Rising Star from 2012 to 2019, accolades awarded to a select few attorneys in Texas.

Chad holds Martindale-Hubbell’s AV-Preeminent rating for legal ethics and ability, a distinction he has maintained for over a decade. Licensed to practice in both Texas and New Mexico, Chad frequently manages significant cases nationwide.

Additionally, Chad is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot, enabling him to fly the firm's airplane to wherever his expertise is required. He resides on the family farm with his wife, Natalie, and their three sons.
